How does TryMotion work?

TryMotion uses AI-powered motion transfer technology to animate still photos. Simply select or upload a photo, choose or record a motion reference video, and our AI will generate an animated video combining the two.

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are used to generate videos. Standard quality videos use fewer credits, while Pro quality videos use more credits for higher resolution output. You can purchase credit packs directly in the app.

Why did my video generation fail?

Video generation can fail for several reasons: the image may not meet quality requirements, the motion reference may be too complex, or there may be temporary server issues. Try using a clearer image with good lighting and a simpler motion reference. If problems persist, contact support.

What image formats are supported?

TryMotion supports JPG, JPEG, and PNG images. Images should be between 340px and 3850px in dimension and under 10MB in size for best results.

What video formats are supported for motion references?

Motion reference videos should be in MP4 or MOV format, between 3-30 seconds long, and under 100MB in size.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

Credits are non-refundable consumables purchased through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history.

How long does video generation take?

Video generation typically takes a few minutes depending on server load and the complexity of your request. Pro quality videos may take longer than Standard quality.

Can I use generated videos commercially?

Yes, you can use videos generated with TryMotion for both personal and commercial purposes, provided you have the rights to the original image and the content complies with our Terms of Service.

Why is my generated video quality lower than expected?

Output quality depends on your input image quality and the generation mode selected. For best results, use high-resolution images with good lighting and consider using Pro mode for higher quality output.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact us at the email below. Note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your data and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
